As highlight of the project move to 10 the DPSG in the diocese of Essen will organize a huge camp with scout troops from its 200 European twin towns as well as the 53 cities and towns from the Ruhr - the ruhrjamb.2010.
We would like to invite you and your group to experience an international camp together with 2,700 other scouts from all over Europe from August 6th until 22nd.
On the agenda will be culture, trips, sports, excursions, hike, group discussions, workshops, social work, days of home hospitality, music
and loads of scouting culture and encounter. The groups will live in villages together with their partner groups.
The camp will take place in the Hallo-park in Essen, close to the World Cultural Heritage “Zeche Zollverein”.
move to 10 is an officially approved project of the European Capital of Culture RUHR.2010.
