Registration now here possible!Here you can register yourself and your group, to participate in the ruhrjamb.2010!
This online registration is a registration in advance and will not be valid until we have the signature of a responsible person on the written registration sheet of the group!
Therefore you will need a contact person, who is responsible for the registration on one side and who also looks after the participants of your group and takes care of their questions and needs.
This person will have to provide his data and some information about the group. A few days after sending this information the contact person will receive the confirmation via email. Attached to this email will be a responsible person sheet, which has to be signed, the terms and conditions and also a registration form for each participant.
We suggest you to print out the responsible person sheet, fill it in, sign it and send it back to us via mail or fax at first.
Important is, that he or she hands out the terms and conditions as well as the registration form to all participants, collects them and sends them back as soon as possible. We will need a signature of every participant and/or parent!
The registration of each participant is valid, as soon as 15% of the participation fee has been paid. The responsible person should collect the money and transfer the amount at once on the account of our diocese. Do not forget to fill in Name of the group when transferring the money.
Please be aware, that correction of registration data from May 2010 on might only be possible by contacting the project office.
Terms and conditions of participation
All Scouts and Guides from all over Europe who are member of an association recognized by WOSM or WAGGS are kindly invited to take part.Participants have to be at least 7 years old. Groups need one leader over 18 years of age for every 9 participants taking over responsibility and supervision during the whole camp.
We expect all participants and leaders to take part in all main program activities and take over jobs like helping in the kitchen or simple cleaning tasks.
